Online briefing as more ASMTI packages roll out

Laing O’Rourke is hosting an online industry briefing on Tuesday, October 27, on Australian-Singapore Military Training Initiative (ASMTI) works.

Laing O’Rourke is managing contractor for ASMTI Facilities project works at the Shoalwater Bay Training Area in Central Queensland.

The webinar comes as Laing O’Rourke seeks interest from suitably qualified subcontractors to tender for a range of packages, with an anticipated commencement of work on site from Q2 2021.

Expressions of interest are sought for construction works including firebreaks, fencing and firetrails; sheds and buildings; vehicle wash facility; concrete pavement and other concrete works; sewage treatment plant; structural steel; precast concrete panels; installation of structural steel and precast panels; ballistic steel supply; general civil works; and communication services – passive wiring.
